These terms apply to your use of NHS Pay Calculator at www.nhspaycalculator.com. Please read them together with our privacy policy and disclaimer. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Using the site

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use the calculators as often as you like and share links to any page.

Information only, not advice

The calculators and guides give general information and estimates based on published rules. They are not financial, tax, legal, pension or mortgage advice and do not take account of your personal circumstances. Always check important decisions with your employer, NHS Pensions, HMRC or a regulated adviser. Our disclaimer explains this in full.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep figures correct and up to date, but pay rules, tax rates and lender products change, and mistakes can happen. We do not promise that the site will always be accurate, complete or available. If you find an error, please tell us so we can fix it.

Intellectual property

The text, calculators, illustrations, design and code on this site belong to NHS Pay Calculator unless stated otherwise. You may print or save pages for your own use and quote short extracts with a link back to the page. You may not republish whole guides or copy the calculators without our written permission.

Pay scales, tax rates and other official figures are public information. Where we refer to official material, it remains the property of its owner.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as GOV.UK, NHS Employers and mortgage lenders, because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its products.
